Wedding

I went to my nieces wedding on saturday, It was held in the golf club house where her father is a member, everything was very nice. I went with my son and daughter in law and grand daughter.We stayed at the Best Western Hotel, and had a lovely brunch on aSunday morning before going to see my brother and has wife.Then home in a very rainy day and lots of traffic when we hit Montreal.

getting ready

to go to my niece's wedding tomorrow. they are getting married at 3.00p.m. and reception is at golf club at 6.00p.m. my son , his wife and grandaughter are going also. hope the day is sunny orat least not raining.got the yarnfor the ourse swap today, so start, to night.

got mail today

I got my package from from my secret pal today, (annette). a lovely bag, sock pattern, 2 skeins of kiogu yarn in purple pink tones ( my colors), a sheep tape measure, bamboo needles, needles to seam up my knitting, stitch markers, some choc covered pretzels, all very nice.

knit out

Our guild had their knit out on Sat. in a park, the park was lovely and so was the day. We were by a lake. My friend and I got there at 10 , nobody came so at 10.30 we decided to eat our lunch and then leave, we were just leaving when some more people came, after 11. there was only 8 of us, but we had a good time talking about yarn and knitting. We plan to go to the Brome fair on sept. 2 so should be nice to see. that's all for today
